Happy? Sad? Disappointed? Excited? I don't know
What does it mean when a person gets what she wants? How is she supposed to feel? Of course she's supposed to be happy right? Yesterday, I got something I wanted very much... but I'm not happy. I'm not happy not because I'm not satisfied, I'm not happy because while I get what I wanted, some other people didn't get what they wanted. Especially when in this group of "some other people" there's someone that I feel deserves it more than I do...
They say human beings are never satisfied, and the older you get, the more difficult it is to be satisfied. Is that the case with me? Must everything go my way before I'm happy. I don't know.
What I do know is that with regards to the issue, I'm not happy.
