Acid: I don't know... but it could all boil down to the typical way our public services seem to work. Uhmmm... as for how that reflects on the management (read: government) of these services, I leave that to the individual to make their own conclusions.</description>

		<description>i don;t think SPR is helpful at all... There are not really encouraging ppl to vote... perhaps they know that most oversea students tend to vote for opposition party... just an idea</description>

Cheryl: To be honest, I don't know, but if you read the regulations, it would seem like it. Alternatively, you could try to go back to Malaysia to vote (take a long weekend of sorts).. and save all the hassle. :)</description>

		<description>does this mean i can vote? i am not a student...working in spore but overseas on the 8th march...i called spr and stuff n as usual..they're not at all helpful and gave no advice about postal voting...
