Freezing
12 November 2007The temperature has begun to drop, and starting the day with a 30 minutes walk in the cold is not all that great.
Forecastfox told me that this morning that the temperature was 0°C but I had to make that walk over to the hospital. I didn’t want to be late since it was my first day with this particular ward. It was cold but at least the winds were behaving themselves (aka not making much of an appearance). Sometime during the morning, the sun made an appearance (a very rare one if you have been to this part of the world before) but it sure didn’t help to heat the place up. Along came the evening and I was making my way back after a long tiring day… the sun disappeared and the winds decided to have a little party. At least there was no rain… or at least no rain before I got indoor.
Looks like winter is knocking on our doors…
