Frustrating Disappointment

13 July 2007

It started off as a very beautiful Friday, with a semi-pleasant visit to the dentist (that’s saying a lot) and a whole hour spent in a very quiet Giant hypermarket (ie. I had time to look around all I like and there were no shoving Aunties and little rascals running around).

Got home to a very nice surprise - Sheena had a potential flamewar on her blog! I’m not a fan of flamewars, but you must admit that it is good for blog traffic and of course, I am bored and that will give me a tiny bit of entertainment. What was brilliant about that impending flamewar was that the person involved had deleted Sheena’s comment on his/her blog, and then retaliated on Sheena’s blog. Key issue here is that he/she went to Sheena’s blog and left a comment… the “I want my the last say” syndrome. Translates to “Gosh! this person will be soooo easy to piss off… LOADS of fun!!!”

I was typing a 2 arguments reply when I had to run off for lunch… came back, finished typing, reloaded Sheena’s blog… only to find that they have decided to bury the hatchet. :( This is nooooooo fun… frustratingly disappointing…

*grumble*

I’m going to go look for other sorts of entertainment. Bleah.

It is interesting funny to see that people are actually taking me seriously ’bout this. ROTFLOL. Actually, the only one who was supposed to take it seriously was Sheena… so she’ll feel guilty mah!! (Think: Sheena guilty. BKT. Sheena belanja BKT. :D) And… she’s the one who saw right through it from the offset. -_-” Now, THAT is really disappointing…

Awww…did this wittle wascalwy wabbit disappoint you? Well, too bad. My dispute with Sheena is over and I’m happy to say that not only has the hatchet been buried, but I would say that we are friends now. So looks like you gotta find somewhere else to get your kicks.

On the other hand, what is one more friend in a growing circle? If you don’t mind being included, then the olive branch is extended to you as well.

Well then, glad to have you on board then. Flame wars are such inconvenient affairs to have. :)
