Hating It

I’m supposed to have covered all the pathology I need in IMU… but I don’t recall a thing, and to make matters worse, everything seems kinda foreign to me as well.

This is not good… not good at all. I’m starting to feel terribly stressed up… NOT GOOD.

I’m going into hiding.

    I totally understand!! I am dying here as well. Today kena bantai during ward rounds for not knowing difference of murmurs and types of pneumonia… sob sob. And to think I covered that GP two weeks ago.

    Worse still is the !@#$% dermatology!

    YP, all the best.
    Take it easy, don’t go into too much tiny details in pathology, get the principles right first.

    I totally understand how you feel. Its so bloody irritating when you know you’ve covered it before but can’t remember nuts about it.
