Roasting

No, I haven’t been making any roast dinners, nor do I have the ability to make one. (I’m hopeless when it comes to cooking in the oven, give me the stove any day)…

I’m talking about the weather. I can’t believe I’m saying this, and I would never have thought I would say this 10 months ago. Belfast is so warm, I feel myself R-O-A-S-T-I-N-G in the heat!!! And it’s 18 degrees celsius!!! (Ok, no idea how I survive in 30 degrees Malaysia all this while)
