YP, If only I was in Belfast, I will be the first to buy a ticket to Msian Nite. I knew how difficult it was to put it together. I hope you guys will give your juniors the same support...

Sasha: :)

Zen: all in due time

Jen: I think you've mistook what I said and meant. I am not talking about someone who has been in NI for the last 10+ years, who have graduated and left uni. I have got no problems with people moving on, it is essentially a good thing. I am talking about someone who is a student and around my age and who always seem to have a lot to say about how things are done in the m'sian society. Anyway, I will not go further into this discussion, there is no point to it unless both parties know who we're talking about.

Kev: You know I know ler... and I'm not assassinating him, it is just my view on the issue.

hmm... when the harsh reality of life in Northern Ireland falls on you... you'll understand why they won't attend Malaysian Night. Nothing to do with support or not. Be thankful you have not seen what they have seen 5 years back when the walls around Royal were all stained with the grudge of paint bombs. People are still struggling to keep afloat the sanity in Northern Ireland. The sculptures you've seen today were't even there before. those pavements and accomodation you lived in, weren't even provided before. Given the tiny moral support they've given you... i think you should at least be happy, not push it. that guy gave his best support he can. and you do know even my husband dont wanna be involved with it, right?

A lot of times... partys is the l last thing that people want to put into their schedule. And i believe they do held a tinge of envy at people like you and your comittee who could still say I'll go support next year or stay in the comittee for another Malaysian Night.

It is regretful to say, most you seek will not help you other than the friends and classmates who still have the same life you have now. Heartless one might say. Terrible M'sians one might accuse. We all would gladly accept all this words as long as we can still keep our lives afloat as a minority even if he means to strip away ones identity. We don't live in a Lord of the Rings world where heroes prevail. Please understand whoever that guy is young or old. He might have attended 101 times msian night and is sick of it.
