So long, farewell…
29 April 2006Now that I’m more alert I can write better (ie. come out with something longer than 2 lines). And yeah, the topic’s still on leaving KL. I mean, what can I do, it is one of the few events in my life worth mentioning.
Despite clashing schedules and my constant “aiya, it’s OK, no need to bother… really!!!”, the debaters and a certain chicken had a farewell thingie for me. Nothing out of the ordinary, just a simple mamak session and a cheesecake after their debate training on Thursday. I was touched. Very much so.
No, we didn’t take any pictures. So unless you were there, you don’t get to see what happened that night. Unless you were there, you missed out on gummy worms and oreo cheesecakes. And of course, unless you were there, you missed out on the Debbashing, a regular occurance at any imu debaters’ outings these days.
Thanks guys… I don’t know what else to say. Really. Just erm… thanks. I’ll miss you guys… a whole lot.

i still don’t feel right that we didn’t have a nice proper sit down meal cooked esp for you.
nasi lemak ayam just doesn’t cut it.
do come up again soon.
i promise we’ll bring the pots and pans out.

Come to think of it, Val got the cheesecake for you but we didnt get ath for you! COuld have at least treated you to a nasi lemak ayam tambah sotong etc… You come KL again and we will do something ok. Im sure you will come.

YS: Heehee, the next time I’m in KL, you guys will be off for AUDC wor. Mmm… maybe I can pop by when all of you are back, then can have a post AUDC dinner???
