NZ: beautiful country, good training, better post-graduate opportunity for overseas doctors, but small isolated country unless you fall in love with the place UK: many lousy points, lousy weather, enough to make you commit suicide, lousy hospital food, lousy houses and buildings look like forth world country, very far to go home too frequently especially if you have 3 'papalang' like me. Good training, better postgraduate opportunity than the above 2, no longer accept graduates from the above 2 unconditionally. But very closed to Europe, so can visit there.
